Traffic Tips – I need your help!

Well lets see….keep your eyes on the prize. That’s what I am doing right now.

The skinny:
I am in a competition between blog owners to drive as much traffic between now and June 7th.
I am up against roughly 500 people.
I think that I am way behind already.

What’s at stake:
A complete blog overhaul
A $2000 business setup.

What I need from you:
I need some information. We all share it. We all find it. We should all use it. I need TRAFFIC TIPS. What can I do to drive as many people here as possible?

What I am willing to do:
Compile everyones tips and tricks into an ebook and give it away to you and anybody else who wants it. That makes this a WIN-WIN-WIN situation: you, me, and everybody else. It creates good karma for you. You may learn something along the way. We may come up with a collaborative system that will be the next big thing (this is pie in the sky).

I will also be adding some reviews of different traffic strategies that I find from paid systems. In the end, we all are a whole lot smarter for it!

Well, I think it would be great if people chimed in and left some great traffic strategies. I don’t need to know about PPC ones, unless of course you are willing to fund them. :)

I look forward to reading your ideas. I am willing to use this site for demonstration or testimonial purposes too! If you have a paid system that you are looking for a case study – I am willing to give it a whirl!

A New Feature!

So I added a new feature to this blog.
Have you seen it? Did you hear it? Do YOU know what I am talking about?

It is the Facebook like chat pop up at the bottom.

Here is why it should be effective:
Facebook celebrated its sixth birthday on February 4th, 2010. That day, Facebook announced that it now had over 400 million members (as of today it is much more). That’s a HUGE accomplishment considering that just a year earlier, they had ONLY 150 million users. Think about it – how many systems have you seen using Facebook advertising as a model of the business? WHY NOT HARNESS THIS IN ANOTHER WAY?

The Mojo Report – ROCKSTAR LISTBUILDING

Building your list is a system – a process with inputs and outputs with some magic in the middle to amplify the output. That’s the bit where you use some leverage to add some love.
Marc Eglon hit the nail on that one. I have had an opportunity to review his new ebook, THE MOJO REPORT, as well as how to become a rockstar list builder with his methods.

What better way to become a true list builidng ROCKSTAR than to first research a ton of things out there. Then actually try the methods. Then culminating the best of the best to create superstar rockstar lists.

But wait there’s more! Not only did he check out all the list building systems, he went to the guys who really know what they are doing. Really they are nobody when it comes to traffic generation…. Alex Jeffreys (a mentor of mine), Sean Mize, Soren Jordansen, Justin Brooke, Matt Garrett, and Andrew Stark. WOW! That list is of guys who know their stuff when it comes to traffic generation. Marc posed a question to each one…“If you had to build your business from scratch tomorrow, what would be the first thing youʼd do?” and the answer? Three simple words….BUILD A LIST.

I went through and checked out the rest of the ebook first, then the whole program. Can you say NINJA MAGIC? Marc mapped out the whole thing…and even included quick reference cheat sheets!

Don’t know where to start? No problem! Marc went through and created a quickguide called the Brass Tacks ( twisted his arm for a copy…here you go… Brass Tacks )

He made complete videos of all the interviews with the rockstars listed above. You can only get so much from some printed text….so why not WATCH the whole interview? Marc even got guys like Sean Mize to divulge some information about his business that is not available anyplace else.
